Welcome to megaapk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and megaapk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the megaapk website, mobile application, and all associated services offered at https://megaapk.cam.

megaapk is an online sports betting and live casino platform operated for and primarily serving users based in Malaysia. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the megaapk Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on megaapk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of megaapk, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not have more than one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

megaapk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Members who cannot satisfactorily verify their eligibility may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. megaapk will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account. In the event that megaapk identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual (identified by shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents), all associated Accounts may be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winings derived from Bonus Funds voided.

You must notify megaapk immediately at[email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

KYC verification is mandatory prior to your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport, and in some cases, proof of your nominated payment method. KYC documents are processed within 24 hours under normal conditions.

By using the megaapk Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or manipulate the Platform or its odds.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform for financial gain. Any winings derived from known platform errors are void.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that artificially influences the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Attempting to launder money or using the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Opening multiple Accounts or circumventing account closure or self-exclusion measures.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.

megaapk reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets that it reasonably suspects to have been placed in violation of these Terms, including through the use of prohibited software or techniques.

megaapk supports a range of Malaysian-preferred payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency deposits. All real-money transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or converted to the MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and RM100 for FPX bank transfer transactions. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times of approximately 15 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by our Finance team as promptly as possible. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow) are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to applicable network confirmation times.

megaapk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, or where KYC verification has not been completed. We will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account.

megaapk offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable across all megaapk promotions include:

• Eligibility: Each promotion is available only to eligible Members as specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses are typically limited to one per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the bonus validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permissible bet per round or per bet slip is typically MYR 300 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this cap during active bonus play may be voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and live dealer games typically contribute 10% to20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winings. This cap is specified in the promotion terms and applies regardless of the total amount won.

megaapk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing equal or opposing bets across multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms, will result in immediate Account suspension and bonus forfeiture.

megaapk offers a wide range of sports betting markets including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and UFC. Bet types available include Asian Handicap, Over/Under (Totals), 1X2, Correct Score, First Goalscorer, and in-play live betting.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the megaapk Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. megaapk does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under applicable event-specific rules.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. As a general rule, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of the original start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds are subject to change up the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is placed.
• megaapk reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of clearly eroneous odds, whether resulting from a system error or human error. We will notify affected Members and return stakes in full.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are stated on the relevant bet slip or in the applicable sport-specific rules section.

megaapk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its Members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income, resolve financial difficulties, or recover previous losses.

megaapk provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your Account.

All content on the megaapk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of megapk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or server.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform by automated means.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform's content or software.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megaapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

megaapk makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of odds, game outcomes, or sporting event results displayed on the Platform.

In no event shall megaapk's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

megaapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification.
• Where the Platform is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Where megaapk determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Members, or the integrity of the service.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the Member after deduction of any amounts owed, subject to completion of applicable investigations and verification procedures.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team at any time.

megaapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify active Members via email or in-platform notification where the changes are significant.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact us to request Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international legal principles. megaapk operates as an internationally-oriented online gaming platform and does not make specific claims regarding licensing jurisdiction on this page.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
